  1. What is XOX Data?
    XOX Data is a prepaid mobile internet subscription service for your mobile phones.
  2. What can I do with XOX Data?
    You can seamlessly access the internet from your mobile phone on XOX’s network.
  3. Who can subscribe to XOX Data?
    All XinXun Prepaid/Hybrid subscribers can subscribe to XOX Data. If you are not an XOX subscriber, you can purchase a XinXun Prepaid Starter Pack or Hybrid at your nearest XinXun Center or dealer. Please call XOX Customer Careline at 1-300-888-010 or visit www.xox.com.my for more information.
  4. What plans does XOX Data offer?
    XD18 at RM18 for 300MB
    XD38 at RM38 for 1GB
    XD68 at RM68 for 3GB
  5. How do I activate XOX Data?
    SMS to 28899 the following SMS (Data M XD18, XD38 or XD68).
    Ex: Type DATA M XD18 (this will subscribe you to XOX Data XD18 plan) and send to 28899.
  6. What will happen if I exceed my data capacity within the validity period?
    There will be a reminder SMS when you reach 80% and 100% of your allowed data capacity.
    There after you can either stop your service with the command (Data M Stop) and send to 28899 or wait till you reach 100% and it will automatically unsubscribe you from the service.
    You can re-subscribe to renew your subscription via SMS to 28899 the following SMS (Data M XD18, XD38 or XD68). (Refer to Number 5)
  7. Can I deactivate XOX Data services?
    Yes, please send SMS to 28899 (Data M Stop) if you wish to deactivate your XOX Data plan.
    Ex. Type DATA M STOP and send to 28899.
  8. What if my subscription is not successful?
    Please call XOX Customer Careline at 1300-888-010 or 13125 from your XinXun prepaid or Hybrid account.
